The Global Change Scholarships is a higher degree research program offered by the University of New South Wales. Scholarship Award Benefit

All of the following will be provided by the university:

  • Stipend of $38,854 per year for a maximum of 3.5 years of the degree program. The following are the benefits of this scholarship:
  • A living allowance of $38,854 per year for 3.5 years for a Ph.D. and two years for an M.Phil., with yearly inflation adjustments, and an English language course through the UNSW Global University English Entry course (granted on a needs basis)
  • Allowances to help students with the extra expenses associated with an HDR degree, such as:
    • An authorized standard single Overseas Student Health Cover policy through the UNSW chosen supplier, which will cost the program around $2700.
    • $2000 relocation expenses for pursuing an HDR degree
    • Production of the HDR thesis cost $400.
