Eligibility Criteria

All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the UTS International Baccalaureate Scholarships at University of Technology Sydney, Australia 2022-23:

Must enroll in full-time studies on campus and be an international student (i.e., not an Australian, New Zealander, or permanent resident of Australia) (Sydney). For all degrees except online and distance learning degrees, on-campus studies comprise in-person and/or online (remote) learning; and
To be admitted to UTS based on this qualification, you must be completing or have finished an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma no more than one year before you start at UTS;
meet the requirements for admission to the UTS undergraduate degree program of choice;
All candidates must apply using the UTS online Scholarships application form in order to be considered; and Must have an overall score, including bonus and penalty points, of at least 28 in their International Baccalaureate (IB) final grades or at least 33 in their International Baccalaureate predicted grades at the time the scholarship decision is made.

Application Procedure

The following procedure remains the only viable route to apply rightfully:

A finished application form
a certified copy of their final International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma scores or expected outcomes
A personal statement outlining their resolve to use their UTS degree to benefit their community or nation of origin
a resume that lists all of their accomplishments to date, including but not limited to instances of entrepreneurship, creativity, and community service.
A scholarship selection committee will review applications, and those who are chosen will get written notification of their selection.
The studentships are granted as long as the candidate pursues their degree at UTS, provided they continue to make excellent academic progress.
