To be eligible for the Marshall Scholarships at the Cardiff University, UK 2022-23, applicants must be:
- Be citizens of the United States of America (at the time of scholarship application) (by the time they take up their scholarship i.e. September 2021).
- Hold their first undergraduate degree from an authorized four-year college or university in the United States and have a grade point average on their undergraduate degree of not less than 3.7 at the time of application Rounded GPAs will not be considered.
- Not have studied for, or hold a degree or degree-equivalent qualification from a British university, or GCSE or A’ levels taken at a British school.
