Eligibility Criteria

All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Bert Enserink Scholarship at Delft University of Technology, Netherlands 2023-24:

• Admission to the two-year MSc program in Engineering and Policy Analysis for outstanding international applicants (EPA).
• Having earned a bachelor’s degree from a university outside the Netherlands with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 80 percent on the scale.
