Brief Description

For the academic year 2022-2023, CEMEF is looking for motivated candidates to fill for PhD Scholarships in Energy Saving by Employing Thermal Superinsulating Bio-aerogels.

The purpose of this PhD thesis is to create bio-based materials, known as bio-aerogels, with extremely low thermal conductivity by combining formulation and experimental modeling of material thermal characteristics. The research will be based on CEMEF bio-based aerogels with good thermal characteristics that were recently identified.
