Brief Description

The Worshipful Company of Water Conservators, a London Livery company that promotes and extends understanding of the science, art, and practice of water and environmental management, bestows the Water Conservation Trust Scholarship. The goal of this award is to aid applicants in realizing their career aspirations. 

For the academic year 2023–2024, one £5,000 scholarship will assist a student enrolling in one of the master’s programs listed above

Application deadline has not been announced yet but registration begins in the first week of July 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Water Conservation Trust Scholarship at UWE Bristol, UK 2023-24:

• Have signed up for one of the following programs for the academic year 2023–2024 and have an excellent degree (first or upper second or equivalent) in a relevant field (such as geography, sociology, economics, or psychology) and a shown interest in promoting sustainable water consumption:
  • Environmental Management Master’s
  • Environmental Consulting MSc 
  • MSc Sustainable Development in Practice graduates are eligible to live and work in the UK permanently.
• Please be aware that a low-income student is the target of the Water Conservation Trust Scholarship.
