All of the following will be provided by the university:

- Being in good academic standing, being in compliance with any service requirements imposed by a NYS award, being enrolled as a full-time student taking 12 or more credits per semester that apply to the degree program, and not being in default on any student loans taken out under federal or state education loan programs.
