The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) offers these AgEcon Scholarships as part of its unique project “Development-Related Postgraduate Courses” (EPOS).

The DAAD project seeks to offer further specialized education to young professionals from developing countries who have a strong academic background. In order to design and carry out initiatives with a focus on development policy, the usual scholarship holder will either come from a governmental authority, a state, or a private enterprise in a developing nation.
