- The scholarship is paid for a maximum of 12 months in the academic year.
- Payment starts from the first month of classes during the preparatory course or studies.
Tuition Fees:
- Exemption from Tuition Fees at Public Universities:
  - Scholarship holders are exempt from tuition fees at public universities.
Financial Conditions at Non-Public Universities:
- Financial conditions at non-public universities supervised by the Minister of Education and Science are determined by the universities.
Tuition Fees at Non-Public Universities:
- The issue of tuition fees at non-public universities should be agreed upon individually between the Scholarship Holder and the hosting non-public university.
Exemptions from Tuition Fees:
- Exemptions from tuition fees at non-public universities are within the competence of the host non-public university.
