Brief Description

Performance packages are available through the University of Wolverhampton Sport Scholarship Program for outstanding athletes, prospective coaches, match officials, and leaders.

A number of scholarships are given out by the University of Wolverhampton to individual student-athletes who show a desire to compete at the best level possible in their sport. Our three athlete scholarship programs give student athletes access to a committed performance staff that collaborates holistically to offer them a comprehensive performance services program.

Eligibility Criteria

All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the University of Wolverhampton Sports Scholarship, UK 2023-24:

WLV Sport Scholarships are given out on an individual basis, with preference going to those whose sport is part of the British University and Colleges Sport program, who compete in regional or national competitions, and who have the ability to perform at an elite or international level.
For a sport scholarship to be granted:
- Compete in your sport at the regional, collegiate, or professional levels.
- be enrolled at the University of Wolverhampton for an undergraduate or graduate degree
- Although the Panel maintains the right to make adjustments and/or revisions at any time, the Scholarship Scheme is reviewed each year. Additionally, the Panel has the ability to revoke a scholarship offer at any moment.
