The Tomorrow’s Leaders Program, sponsored by the Department of State’s U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), provides talented students from the Middle East and North Africa with undergraduate and graduate scholarships (MENA).

All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Fully Funded MEPI Tomorrow’s Leaders Scholarships, USA 2023-24

Candidates for undergraduate programs must be current high school seniors or class of 2021–2022.
High school seniors who wish to apply for undergraduate programs must continue to excel in their studies and pass their exit exams.
